Pyramid Navigation Company E. S. A. was established as a private free zone on the 15th of June 1978, with the following activities:

1. The ownership of vessels and chartering passengers, cargo, tankers vessels.
2. Purchasing and selling the passenger, cargo, and tankers vessels for its activities.
3. The activity of maritime agency for passenger, cargo, and tankers vessels owned or chartered by the company
4. Ship’s supply and repairs for passenger, cargo and tankers vessels owned or chartered by the company.

In addition to the above. The activity, of maritime agency, for foreign vessels according to tonnage and condition of concerned maritime decrees.
