The Human Resources department of Pyramid Navigation is responsible for the selection and recruitment of competent, qualified, trained and medically fit seagoing personnel. This is always adopted in accordance with vessel requirements and International and Flag State regulations, and ensures that the Company has sufficient seagoing personnel to man its vessels.

The company employs over 100 high-skilled, experienced and competent seafarers on board its fleet.
